Experience the difference between just a photographer... and an artist with a camera. We create beautiful and unique images that merge fashion and glamour into senior photography.
Shooting outdoors, in locations throughout Hampton Roads, we are creating a fun and exciting experience for today's seniors.
Take everything you love about photography and rethink it. With a stunningly different approach, we've been gaining recognition for our unique, fashionable and creative senior portraits.
You're only a senior once and your senior portraits are a once in a lifetime experience. We are absolutely committed to making sure you have a positive (and fun!) senior portrait experience. You will watch your senior pictures transform into a new, refreshing, fashionable look.
Ask any of our seniors. They will tell you about their great senior experience and how much they love their senior photographs. You deserve to Experience the Difference.
Since we are surrounded by beautiful beaches everywhere in the Hampton Roads area; many of our seniors want to have their senior sessions taken at the beach. Our favorite beaches for photographing seniors & models are on the Chesapeake Bay. Weather permitting, we get a beautiful sunset every night and the sun makes a great backdrop as well. I posted a photo below of a senior session from Tuesday. There were clouds in the sky, but we still captured some great images and Taylor had a lot of fun.

Get to know my senior models. Today’s senior is Ally . . .
I first had the opportunity to photograph Ally during Hickory’s powder puff game. The game was great and everyone had a fun time. During Ally’s senior session, she was accompanied by her sister (Taylor) and her mom and dad. We had a blast during her session and it continued on into her studio session. The Smiley family was phenomenal and Penny and I were glad to have met them. The music video at the end of the post has more photos & video from Ally’s senior session. Continue Reading →
Haley is my first senior from Catholic High School (Bishop Sullivan).
Like a lot of my seniors, I first photographed Haley playing sports. She plays varsity soccer for Catholic.
We were rained out of our first session, but our second appointment went great. The weather gave us a gorgeous day for shooting. We met Haley and her sister at a beach off of Shore Dr. She was great to work with and she brought her surf board for some fun sunset shots.
I’ve posted a few images below, along with her music video. Feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts on Haley’s senior session.
Kelsey is our second field hockey player from Hickory and she was just as fun to shoot with as our first (Sarah B).
We started our session in Norfolk, at the Botanical Gardens. We had a great time and Kelsey looked great in her formal dress. After manuvering around various wedding photographers at the gardens, we left for the beach. There weren’t any wedding photographers at the beach to manuver around, but there were plenty of fishermen we had to dodge. We had a blast at the beach and Kelsey even got in the water at the end of her session. We had a great sunset and captured some beautiful images.
Take a look at a few of Kelsey’s pictures below and don’t forget to watch her music video at the bottom of the post.

Ryann, a 2010 senior, is my fourth senior from Kellam. At this point during the school year, I’ve photographed more seniors from Kellam and Kempsville.
We had a lot of fun with Ryann and her mom during our session. We started the day off of Shore Dr, where the old Duck Inn restaurant was located. From there, we headed to Norfolk to shoot at the Oriental Gardens. It was great working with Ryann and we were able to create some fun images using off camera flash.
Check out her sample pictures below and leave a comment with your thoughts about the photos.
The bottom picture is Ryann’s 10×20 storyboard. This digital product makes it easy to diplay several poses in small area. The storyboards are our most popular product.
Justin, a 2010 senior, is my first senior from Salem High School. An avid surfer, we decided to grab his board and head down to the beach off Shore Dr. for his senior pictures. We had a great time with Justin and his mom. He was easy to work with and we created some really good photos. Take a look a few of the shots from his session and be sure to leave a comment with your thoughts.
Brittany, a 2010 senior from Kempsville High School, wanted to go to the beach for her senior pictures. We started off near the old Duck Inn Restaurant off Shore Dr. She brought her friend Lizzie for a few pictures of the two of them together. Once we finished shooting, it was down the street to First Landing State Park to finish the session. Once we were done, she wanted to add something a little different, so we ended the session with a “trash the dress” shoot. The water was cold at first, but once she got used to it, we were able to capture some fun images. Brittany and her mom were great to work with and we had a blast.
